Meridian Acquire is an outsourced buy-side M&A deal-sourcing platform in Australia. The positioning, targeting, and messaging system is already built — this role is about running it, not designing it. What's already done: ICP and targeting built out in Oppora, covering three niches: healthcare & allied-health roll-ups, family offices, and M&A lawyers as a referral channel Contact-level data (emails, lead lists) sourced and ready inside the platform Messaging, positioning, and outreach sequences developed against real research into each niche's specific pain points and buying triggers What you'd own: Executing the outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone — following the sequences and messaging already built, not creating your own from scratch Handling replies, running discovery/qualification calls, and closing Keeping the pipeline updated as deals move through stages Structure: Commission-based: 40% of a client's first month retainer (retainers are $2,000 AUD/month), +10% month 2, +10% month 3 — no cap You're stepping into a system that's already been built and tested, not starting from zero What I need from you: Comfortable running structured outreach and follow-through, not necessarily designing a strategy Real phone/video call confidence — closing these deals involves actual conversations, not just messaging Consultative, not pushy — these are relationship-driven sales into professional and financial services buyers, not high-volume transactional selling Happy to walk through the system and the existing materials with anyone who looks like a real fit before anything's agreed.
