Healthcare Staffing Business Development Representative Commission-Only | 1099 Independent Contractor | Remote ProSource Staffing LLC is expanding and is looking for an experienced sales professional to secure new staffing partnerships with long-term care facilities throughout Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia, Alabama, North Carolina, and South Carolina. What You’ll Do Build relationships with long-term care facilities, present our staffing solutions, and secure new staffing agreements on behalf of ProSource Staffing. Compensation Earn $3,000 for every qualified contract you bring in. A contract is considered qualified when: • The facility signs a staffing agreement with ProSource Staffing. • The facility has an active staffing need. • The facility is approved through our factoring company’s credit review. There is no cap on commissions. Important Information • This is a 1099 independent contractor position. • This is a commission-only opportunity. • Commission is earned on new facilities personally secured by the representative. • Facilities already under contract, currently in negotiations, or assigned by ProSource Staffing are not eligible. • Contracts that do not meet company, compliance, or credit approval requirements are not commissionable. • Commission is paid after all qualification requirements have been satisfied. We’re Looking For • Healthcare staffing sales experience preferred. • Existing relationships with long-term care facilities are a plus. • Strong networking, communication, and closing skills. • Self-motivated professionals who enjoy building long-term client relationships.
