Sales/Growth Associate for online wellness platform

I’m hiring a part-time Sales/Growth Assistant to help grow Gay Wellness (gaywellness.com, a growing wellness platform connecting clients with massage therapists and various other wellness providers/businesses. I’m looking for someone who is comfortable with outreach, follow-up, lead tracking, and helping turn prospects into active profiles and paying members. What you’d be doing: * Reaching out to potential providers through email, Instagram, SMS, WhatsApp, etc. * Following up consistently with interested providers * Helping new providers complete and activate their profiles * Re-engaging former providers * Tracking outreach, responses, activations, and conversions
 Compensation to be discussed on call, includes a base rate + ongoing bonuses based on performance Approximately 8-15 hours/week There is real upside here for someone who is organized, persistent, personable, and good at getting responses rather than simply sending large volumes of generic messages. Experience with sales, lead generation, recruiting, outreach, appointment setting, community building, or LGBTQ+ businesses would be especially useful.
