We are **Diamond City**, a fast-growing custom Grillz brand, and we’re looking for a **hungry, reliable Virtual Assistant** to **close sales through Instagram & TikTok DMs* @diamondcitysc @diamondcitygrillz h ttps://diamondcity.store/ This is a **performance-based role** — you get **paid based on the sales you close**, not just time spent. If you’re confident talking to people, building trust, and guiding customers to complete orders, this is a great opportunity to earn consistently. --- ## Responsibilities * Respond to **incoming Instagram & TikTok DMs** * Talk to customers in a **friendly, welcoming, family-style tone** * Answer common questions: * Pricing * Turnaround time * Shipping vs in-person bookings * Guide customers to **complete checkout on our website** * Follow up with interested customers who haven’t finished ordering * Track closed sales clearly ## How Sales Work * All orders are completed through our **website** * You will **lead customers from DMs → website checkout** * Sales include: * Shipped Grillz orders * In-person booking appointments ## Payment Structure (IMPORTANT) * 💰 **Commission-based pay** * You get **paid per sale you successfully close** * Higher performance = higher pay * Consistent closers can earn **weekly payouts** (Exact commission details discussed after hiring) --- ## Requirements * Experience handling Instagram and/or TikTok DMs (sales experience preferred) * Strong written English * Friendly, natural communication (not robotic or pushy) * Ability to follow scripts and brand tone * Organized and reliable * Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment --- ## What We Provide * DM scripts & brand voice guidelines * Clear process for closing sales * Website + booking system already set up * Ongoing support and feedback --- ## How to Apply When applying, please include: 1.
