Sales & Lead Qualification Manager familiar with neurofeedback, biofeedback, or QEEG We are looking for a sales professional with hands-on knowledge of neurofeedback, biofeedback, or QEEG to manage inbound leads, qualify opportunities, and guide prospects through early sales stages. Key responsibilities: Respond to and qualify inbound leads (goals, budget, timeline) Conduct discovery calls and initial consultations Answer technical questions on EEG, neurofeedback, SDKs, and research applications Support demos and gradually run them independently Track all activity in Zoho CRM Collaborate with marketing on lead quality and campaigns Collect customer reviews and support partnership development Requirements: Experience in sales, lead qualification, or customer success Familiarity with neurofeedback, biofeedback, or QEEG Strong communication and technical learning ability Comfort with CRM and online meetings Success metrics: response time, demo booking rate, conversion, CRM data quality, and customer feedback. ➡ Ideal for someone who understands neurotechnology and enjoys early-stage customer engagement.
