Sales Manager – Revenue Growth & Business Development Leader

We are seeking a high-performance Sales Manager who knows how to build teams, drive revenue, and create a winning sales culture. This position is for a leader who doesn't sit on the sidelines. You'll be responsible for growing and managing a sales team while actively generating new business through outbound prospecting, cold calling, networking, and closing deals. If you're someone who enjoys competing, winning, and pushing both yourself and your team to higher levels of performance, we want to hear from you. ## What You'll Be Doing * Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team * Recruit, hire, and onboard top sales talent * Train team members on prospecting, objection handling, and closing techniques * Conduct daily coaching and performance reviews * Set sales targets and hold the team accountable for results * Personally generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and networking * Meet and exceed individual sales quotas * Develop strategies to increase market share and revenue * Improve sales processes, systems, and reporting * Create a culture of accountability, execution, and continuous improvement ## Who You Are * A proven sales leader with a history of driving revenue growth * Comfortable making outbound cold calls every day * Experienced in recruiting and developing sales professionals * Highly competitive and goal-oriented * Strong closer with excellent communication skills * Able to motivate, inspire, and challenge a team to perform at a high level * Data-driven and focused on measurable results ## What We Measure * Revenue growth * New customer acquisition * Team performance and productivity * Sales pipeline development * Individual sales production * Employee development and retention
