Sales Manager for Moving Company – Remote | Los Angeles Hours

We are a growing moving company based in Los Angeles, California, looking for a motivated Remote Sales Manager / Sales Representative to join our team as soon as possible. Your main responsibility will be to communicate with incoming leads, generate new leads, provide moving estimates, follow up with potential customers, and turn inquiries into booked moves. Responsibilities * Answer incoming calls, texts, and customer inquiries * Contact and follow up with new leads quickly * Generate new leads through our CRM and other available lead sources * Make cold calls to potential customers and prospects * Communicate with customers through phone, SMS, and email * Provide accurate moving quotes based on customer information * Explain our services, pricing, and policies clearly * Follow up consistently with customers who have not booked yet * Close sales and secure moving reservations * Update customer information and lead status in our CRM * Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers * Work closely with management and the operations team What We’re Looking For * Strong spoken and written English * Confident phone communication skills * Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales * Sales-oriented and comfortable closing customers * Friendly, persuasive, and professional communication style * Comfortable using WhatsApp, Telegram, Zoom, and other messaging/social platforms for team communication * Ability to work independently and stay organized * Fast response time and strong attention to detail * Strong computer skills * Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a personal computer or laptop. * Previous sales, customer service, call center, lead generation, or moving industry experience is a plus, but moving experience is not required * Available to start as soon as possible Schedule This is a remote position working according to Los Angeles time (Pacific Time). The schedule is 12 hours per shift, 2 days on / 2 days off, with rotating shifts depending on business needs. Because our company operates in the U.S. time zone, we are looking for someone who can fully focus on this position during scheduled working hours.
