Sales Manager with Italian language

ZEMITS is an international brand specializing in professional equipment for cosmetology and aesthetic medicine. Our product range includes advanced facial systems, diode lasers, RF and HIFU devices, body-contouring systems, pressotherapy equipment, and other professional beauty technologies. We are looking for an experienced and confident Sales Manager with Italian language skills to join our team and work with clients in the Italian market. Key responsibilities: - Communicate with prospective clients in Italian via phone, video calls, email, and messengers - Consult clients and help them select the most suitable equipment for their business - Conduct online product presentations and equipment demonstrations in Italian - Work mainly with B2B clients, including beauty salons, cosmetology clinics, aesthetic centers, and independent professionals - Follow up with leads and guide clients through the entire sales process - Prepare commercial offers and negotiate cooperation terms - Build long-term relationships with clients - Maintain accurate information about leads and deals in the CRM system - Achieve individual sales targets and provide regular progress updates Our expectations: - Italian language level of at least B2; you must be able to communicate confidently and conduct product presentations in Italian - Previous experience in sales, preferably B2B - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Friendly, open, confident, and customer-oriented personality - Ability to build trust and establish a positive connection with clients - Proactive approach and focus on achieving results - Ability to work independently and organize your daily tasks - Experience in the beauty, cosmetology, medical equipment, or wellness industry will be an advantage What we offer: - Fixed monthly payment of €1,500 - 2% commission on completed sales - Professional training on ZEMITS equipment, technologies, and sales processes - Marketing materials and product presentations - Support from our international team - Remote and long-term cooperation - Opportunity to grow together with an international beauty equipment brand To apply, please send us: - A short introduction about yourself - Information about your previous sales experience - Your Italian language level - Examples of products or services you have sold - Your availability to start We are looking for a person who can confidently represent ZEMITS, communicate naturally with Italian clients, and turn qualified leads into successful sales.
