Our product gives creators and teams one place to do the whole job: shape the idea, build the story, create the assets, edit the video, refine the result and turn one video into many variations. Role Mission The Sales Manager will help our company grow by turning customer interest into revenue and building strong relationships with creators, teams, agencies, brands and businesses that need a smarter way to produce video content. Our product is a SaaS product, and we are looking for someone who understands how to sell SaaS or digital products, explain product value clearly, manage leads, run demos, follow up with prospects and close deals. This person should be confident, organized, proactive and comfortable speaking with customers across both B2C and B2B markets. The goal is to help potential users understand how our product solves their video production problems, saves time, improves workflow and helps them create more content with less chaos. The Sales Manager will work closely with the founder and marketing team to understand customer needs, improve the sales process and help our company scale its customer base. Responsibilities: - Prospect, identify, contact and qualify potential customers for our product. - Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities across both B2C and B2B markets. - Find and reach out to potential customers through LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, email and other relevant channels. - Use tools such as LinkedIn, Expandi, Clay and Instantly.io to support prospecting, outreach, lead generation and follow-ups. - Reach out to creators, agencies, brands, startups, marketing teams and video production teams. - Present our product’s value clearly and confidently to potential customers. - Run product demos and explain how our product can improve the customer’s video workflow. - Understand customer pain points and recommend the right solution. - Follow up with leads through email, calls, LinkedIn and other sales channels. - Maintain and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools or internal tracking systems. - Close new customers and help convert trials or interested users into paid customers. - Create communication strategy and improve sales scripts, outreach messages, demo flows and customer communication. - Collect customer feedback and share insights with the product and marketing teams. - Build long-term relationships with customers and support upsell opportunities. - Track sales activity, conversion rates, customer objections and weekly performance. Requirements - Previous experience in sales, business development, SaaS sales or account management. - Experience working with both B2C and B2B customers. - Strong understanding of how to sell SaaS or digital products. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to explain product value in a simple, clear and persuasive way. - Comfortable doing outreach, follow-ups, demos and closing conversations. - Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken with an American accent. - Self-motivated, organized and able to manage multiple leads at the same time. - Comfortable working with targets, bonuses and performance-based goals. - Ability to understand customer problems and connect them to product benefits. - Experience prospecting potential customers through LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. - Experience selling to creators, agencies, marketing teams or production teams is a plus. - Experience using CRM tools, email outreach tools or sales automation tools is a plus. - Interest in video production, creative tools, AI tools or SaaS products is a strong advantage.
