Sales & Marketing Assistant

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our team with a variety of sales and marketing tasks. This role involves managing CRM data entry (Salesforce), assisting in the creation of proposals, conducting warm and cold outreach via phone and email, and supporting website data entry and scheduling efforts. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Input and maintain accurate CRM data in Salesforce - Assist with the creation of sales proposals and marketing materials - Conduct warm and cold outreach via phone and email - Manage scheduling and coordinate meetings for the sales team - Enter and update data on the company website - Support general marketing and sales initiatives as needed Qualifications: - Prior experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Highly organized with attention to detail - Comfortable with outreach and client communication - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
