Virtual Assistant - Sales & Operations (Remote) About Us We operate a growing residential cleaning business across multiple U.S. markets. We're a small, fast-moving team focused on delivering excellent customer service, solving problems quickly, and building long-term client relationships. You'll work directly with the founder and play a key role in helping the business grow. What You'll Do * Answer inbound leads and help turn inquiries into booked appointments * Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate cleaning appointments * Respond to customer questions professionally and promptly * Recruit, onboard, and support cleaning contractors * Resolve day-to-day customer and team issues * Track bookings, revenue, and operational KPIs * Help improve systems and processes as the company grows Who We're Looking For * Strong spoken and written English * Confident on phone calls and customer conversations * Organized and detail-oriented * Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once * Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software * Self-starter who takes ownership and solves problems * Calm under pressure and dependable Preferred Experience * Customer service * Appointment scheduling * Sales or phone-based roles * Virtual assistant experience * Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) Schedule * Monday through Friday * Coverage needed during U.S. Central Time business hours * Weekends optional Compensation * Performance bonuses available after the first month based on: * Completed bookings * New recurring clients * Customer reviews * Long-term growth opportunities available for top performers How to Apply Please submit: 1.
