Sales & Operations Manager

Summary This is a hands-on role combining team management, hiring, scheduling, operations, and sales. You’ll oversee a team of representatives, manage schedules, conduct meetings, help recruit and train new team members, monitor performance, and report back to management. You’ll also handle your own sales, communicating with customers through phone, internet, and digital presentations.
