Sales Outreach Consultant: Audit & Messaging Strategy (LinkedIn/FB)

Job Description: We are currently in the middle of a Live Event Launch and are looking for a high-level Sales Consultant to audit and overhaul our initial lead engagement messaging. We have the data and the current scripts, but we are seeing friction in the funnel. We need an expert who can look at our LinkedIn and Facebook outreach, identify exactly why leads are dropping off, and provide a "V2" strategy that measurably increases reply and booking rates. This project is managed via Airtable, and you will be expected to deliver clear, actionable documents based on the following criteria. To successfully complete this project, the following four milestones must be met: The Friction Report: Given our current LinkedIn/FB outreach scripts and performance data (reply rates/booking rates), you will review the entire flow and provide a "Friction Report" identifying the top 3 specific reasons leads are dropping off. LinkedIn Outreach V2 Document: As LinkedIn is our priority, you will provide a comprehensive "V2" document containing at least 3 distinct variations of: - The Connection Request (The "Why now?"). - The Initial Value-Add (The "Why us?"). - The Call to Action (Testing "Soft vs. Hard" asks). Performance Tracking & Validation: Once the new scripts are launched, you will help us track the reply rates of the new messaging to validate a measurable increase in performance compared to our baseline. Facebook DM Strategy Adaptation: Upon a successful LinkedIn audit, you will provide a summary of how these lessons and winning logic should be adapted specifically for our Facebook DM strategy. Requirements: Proven track record in Outbound Sales Strategy and Direct Response Copywriting. Deep expertise in LinkedIn lead generation (manual and/or automated). Ability to analyze conversion data and translate it into psychological messaging shifts. Experience working within a fast-paced Live Event Launch environment.
