We run a financial services firm that includes an outsourced accounting and bookkeeping practice. We are hiring one person to build our client acquisition pipeline for bookkeeping and accounting clients. Not to build a strategy deck. To build it yourself and produce qualified leads on my calendar. Who we need Someone who has personally built a sales pipeline for a bookkeeping or accounting firm before and can prove it. You have done this exact thing, for this exact type of business, and you can walk me through the numbers. We do not care how you did it. Cold calling, cold email, AI automation, LinkedIn outbound, local outreach, referral engines, any combination. What we care about is that your method worked and that you ran it yourself, hands on, end to end. Hard requirements 1. Direct, demonstrable history acquiring bookkeeping or accounting clients. Not "SaaS," not "B2B lead gen." Bookkeeping and accounting specifically. 2. You built and executed the pipeline yourself. If your experience is managing an agency or overseeing a team that did the work, this is not for you. 3. You can show real numbers: outreach volume, response rates, calls booked, clients signed, average client value, timeline to first client. 4. You can name the tools and channels you used and explain why. Your proposal must include, in this order 1. The bookkeeping or accounting firm or firms you built pipeline for, and your role. 2. The exact channel mix you used. 3. Your results in numbers: clients signed, over what period, at what average monthly fee. 4. What you would do in the first 30 days here. 5. Your rate structure. We are open to base plus performance, heavily weighted to performance. **Do not apply if** - Your experience is generic lead generation with no bookkeeping clients to point to. - You want to "consult" on our funnel rather than run it. - Your proposal starts with "Dear Hiring Manager" or is clearly a template. - You cannot get on a call and walk through your track record in detail. We will ask specific follow-up questions about your numbers. If they do not hold up, the conversation ends there. If you have done this before and can prove it, this is a straightforward engagement with a firm that closes fast and pays for performance. One conversation and we will both know if it fits.
