About the Project: We are looking for an experienced corporate presentation designer to create a high-end, 10-slide sales pitch deck for our company, Quarterhouse GmbH (real estate developepment). We will provide the text and a basic structural draft. Your job is to turn this into a visually stunning, highly professional design. The Challenge: We need the exact same 10-slide presentation in TWO different visual styles to match two distinct target audiences: Version A (Private Investors): Modern, dynamic, innovative, and premium. Crucial: In this version, the narrative and visual cues must appeal to savvy real estate investors/ property portfolio holders. The focus here is on highlight-driven arguments: minimal risk, maximum land utilization (maximizing plot potential), and a fast Return on Investment (ROI) because of short construction periods etc. The design should look sharp, bold, and highly professional to convey high profitability and financial security. Version B (Cooperatives / Traditional B2B): Highly conservative, clean, exceptionally serious, and trustworthy. Crucial: In this version, the visual focus and imagery must specifically highlight "age-appropriate living" (senior-friendly, accessible housing). The layout stays the same, but the color grading, typography, and photos need to reflect a traditional, safe, and highly reliable environment. Therefore you can add some text draft which fits with the topic. Preferred design examples are all3.com and nunivo.de. Both offer nearly the same concept like us except the part of robotic is not our case. Our primary Unique Selling Proposition is that we offer 1 standardized module and concept that can be flexibly adapted to a wide variety of housing solutions and existing building structures. The design needs to communicate this high flexibility and smart standardization clearly. What you will deliver: Design 10 highly engaging slides based on our text draft. You can also add some buzz words, if necessary. Source high-quality, royalty-free stock photos and clean icons that fit the European B2B market (minimalist, sophisticated, no cheesy or cluttered stock imagery). Maybe you can use some of our renderings and improve them that all matches together. Crucial: Provide fully editable PowerPoint (.pptx) master files. We need to be able to change text, swap images, and add new slides in the future without breaking the design. Project Milestones (Fixed Price: $350): To ensure a smooth workflow and minimize risk for both sides, we will structure this project into 3 milestones: Milestone 1 ($50) - Style Proof: You design the Cover Slide and 1 typical Content Slide in BOTH styles (Modern vs. Conservative). We review this to ensure we are aligned visually. Milestone 2 ($200) - Full Version A: After approving the style, you design the full 10 slides for the Private Investors version. We will do our revision rounds here. Milestone 3 ($100) - Version B & Final Handover: You duplicate the final presentation, apply the conservative style rules to all 10 slides, and hand over the final editable source files. Requirements: Proven experience in B2B/Corporate presentation design. Please link 2 to 3 specific examples of your previous work that match a clean, European corporate aesthetic.
