Summary

We're looking for someone who can: Audit our current sales process — review our existing pipeline structure, outreach sequences, and ICP targeting and identify what's missing or can be improved Advise on outbound strategy — we do multi-channel outreach across Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, and email; we need guidance on sequencing, messaging, and cadence Consult on lead generation and prospecting — help us sharpen how we identify and prioritize accounts across different market segments (US, SEA, LATAM, GCC, and others) Ideal Candidate Proven experience in B2B sales strategy or outbound consulting Comfortable working with non-traditional outreach channels (social DMs, not just email) Has worked with SMBs or marketplace-type clients, ideally in e-commerce, resale, or adjacent verticals Can deliver actionable recommendations, not just theory Deliverables Written audit of current sales process with gaps and recommendations Revised or validated outreach strategy per channel Consultation call(s) to walk through findings and answer questions Project Scope Fixed price.
