Sales Recruiter to Source and Screen Commission-Only Remote Sales Reps We are an established Australian education company looking for an experienced recruiter to build us a pipeline of work-from-home sales consultants. The role to fill is a commission-only role to fill, so we need someone who can source strong sales talent and sell a genuinely good opportunity, not just post a listing and wait. *About us We help high school students get better marks through an online coaching program that shows them an easier way to study. We have been operating in Australia for over 20 years and get excellent feedback from students and parents. Leads are warm and plentiful. Our consultants do not prospect. They take pre-qualified appointments that are booked straight into their calendar. *The role you will be filling You will be recruiting Sales Consultants who run one-on-one video calls with families (parents and students in Years 9 to 12). It is a work-from-home, commission-only contractor role. The things the right candidate will love: - No lead generation. Appointments are booked directly into the consultant's calendar. Every prospect has been through 10 qualification stages and attended a webinar before the call. - Strong earning potential. Commission is $220 per upfront enrolment, and top performers earn $2,000+ per week. - Full training provided. Five structured sessions, a fully documented process, and access to real recorded calls. - Flexible hours. A mix of weeknights (5pm to 10pm) and weekend day times (Australian hours, but sales consultant can be anywhere in the world) *What we need you to do - Source Australia-based candidates who fit the profile below, using whatever channels work best - Screen and pre-qualify candidates against our criteria so we only see people worth interviewing. - Direct qualified candidates to complete our one-way video application: - Keep us updated with a simple weekly report on candidates sourced, screened and submitted. *The candidate profile to target - Sales experience, ideally phone or video sales, consultative selling, or one-call-close. A background in business-to-consumer, education, coaching or services is a plus. - Confident and presentable on camera, with a professional home setup (reliable internet, good camera and microphone, a quiet space and a neat background). - Available on Australian Eastern time, weeknights (5pm to 10pm) and at least one to two weekend days. - Australia-based, with fluent native-level English and the ability to build rapport with both parents and teenagers. - Self-motivated, coachable and money-motivated. Comfortable with commission-only because the leads are warm and consistent. - Has, or can obtain, an ABN. This is an independent contractor role invoiced weekly. *Selling points to use with candidates When a candidate hesitates on commission-only, these are your strongest cards: - The leads are warm. Prospects have already attended a webinar and have self-booked an appointment. - Strong commissions. $220 per upfront enrolment, with top consultants clearing $2,000+ per week. Recent standout days include one consultant making 8 sales in a single Sunday. - Everything is taught. Full training, a documented process, and real recorded calls to learn from. - It fits around life. Weekday daytimes are free. Work evenings and weekends from home. *What we are looking for in a recruiter - A proven track record recruiting sales professionals, ideally commission-only or independent contractor sales roles. - Experience filling remote, work-from-home positions. - Strong sourcing ability for sales candidates, and knowledge of the channels that reach them. - Organised, responsive, and able to deliver volume without dropping quality.
