Sales Rep Needed - High Ticket Closing D4Y Service Offer

My agency offers a unique client aqusiition model to help agencies get more clients. We've grown fast and are booking many calls through FB advertising campaigns. We are able to scale our advertising budget and handle the fulfillment/intake of newer clients. Criteria & requirements of sales rep: 1) Can take calls US Hours 2) Knows what Upwork is and the basics of how it works 3) Open to commission only agreement 4) Friendly and positive energy in sales calls 5) Good quality microphone, camera and desk setup Currently in the team both the founder (myself) and 1 other sales rep take all the calls. My other sales rep takes calls in PST day time. I take calls GMT day time. The new sales rep would take my calls and I would increase the marketing budget to fill their calendar with meetings. COMPENSATION DETAILS Average Offer Price: $2,000.00 Commission: 15.0 - 20% Expected OTE (On target earnings): $10,000 / Month
