**Role Description** This is a full-time role. You will be responsible for: - Making cold outreach calls and booking product demos with practice owners, office managers, and decision-makers. - Learning how real B2B healthcare sales work **Qualifications** - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage thoughtfully with prospects. - Experience or strong interest in outbound sales, cold outreach, and lead generation. - Strong commitments in growth initiatives, building market presence, and contributing to early go-to-market execution. - Comfortable initiating conversations, handling objections, and learning to navigate gatekeepers and decision makers - Proactive, adaptable, and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Prior experience in the healthcare, tech, SaaS, or customer-facing role is a plus. - Curious, coachable, and committed, to learning B2B SaaS sales, healthcare sales, and the dental practice market. - Native or near-native fluency with minimal accent **Expectations** - Make a minimum of **100 outbound dials per day** to dental practices, including net-new prospects, follow-ups, and scheduled callbacks. - Book a minimum of 5 qualified demos per week - Generate consistent outbound activity through a mix of **cold calls, emails and follow-up sequences**. - Book qualified demos with dental practice owners, office managers, and other decision-makers. - Maintain accurate and timely CRM records, including call outcomes, prospect notes, follow-up tasks, demo status, and pipeline updates. - Demonstrate consistency, resilience, and accountability in a high-activity outbound sales environment.
