Sales Representative (Client Interview & Closing) – IT Software Development

Summary

We are a growing software development company specializing in web, mobile, cloud, and AI solutions. As we continue expanding our client base, we are looking for an experienced Sales Representative who can communicate with potential clients, conduct discovery calls, and help convert qualified leads into long-term projects. Responsibilities -Conduct discovery and consultation calls with potential clients -Present our software development services in a clear and professional manner -Explain technical solutions in business-focused language -Build relationships with startup founders, business owners, and decision-makers -Follow up with leads and support the sales process through closing Requirements -Proven experience in sales, business development, or client communication -Experience selling IT services or software development solutions is strongly preferred -Excellent communication and presentation skills -Fluent English is required -Comfortable speaking with executives, founders, and non-technical stakeholders -Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate business value effectively -Self-motivated and confident in client-facing conversations What We Offer -Remote position with flexible working structure -Long-term opportunity with a growing company -Opportunity to work with modern technologies and international clients If you have experience selling software development services and enjoy building client relationships, we would love to hear from you.
