Sales Representative / Customer Success Manager / Virtual Assistant (SaaS Portfolio) About Us We are a growing holding company that owns and operates multiple Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) businesses across various industries. Position Overview We are looking for a Sales Representative / Customer Success Manager / Virtual Assistant who can wear multiple hats and seamlessly transition between different SaaS products and business functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, an excellent communicator, and comfortable conducting live product demonstrations and outbound sales activities. Key Responsibilities Sales & Lead Generation * Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels. * Generate and qualify leads for multiple SaaS products. * Schedule discovery meetings and product demonstrations. * Maintain accurate records of prospects and activities within CRM systems. * Follow up consistently with leads throughout the sales cycle. * Assist in achieving monthly sales and appointment-setting goals. Customer Relationship Management * Serve as a primary point of contact for existing customers. * Ensure a positive customer experience throughout onboarding and ongoing engagement. * Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns. * Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our SaaS portfolio. * Maintain strong relationships to improve customer retention. Virtual Assistant Duties * Manage calendars and coordinate meetings. * Assist with administrative and operational tasks. * Prepare reports, presentations, and supporting documents. * Organize files and maintain accurate records. * Support executive leadership with day-to-day business needs. Presentation & Product Demonstrations * Create professional presentation materials and slide decks. * Deliver clear and engaging live product presentations via Zoom or Google Meet. * Learn the features and value propositions of multiple SaaS platforms. * Customize presentations based on customer needs and industries. ## Qualifications ### Required Experience * Minimum **3 years of experience** in one or more of the following: * SaaS sales * Customer success * Appointment setting * Virtual assistance * Business development * Proven experience conducting **outbound calls** and prospecting activities. * Experience presenting products or services in a live setting. * Strong proficiency with CRM systems and productivity software. * Comfortable learning and navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously. Skills & Attributes * Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. * Clear, professional speaking voice with confidence during presentations. * Highly adaptable and quick to learn new technologies. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Professional demeanor when interacting with clients and leadership teams. --- Work Schedule * Must be available to work during **Pacific Time (PST/PDT) business hours**. * Full-time availability preferred. * Reliable high-speed internet connection required. * Quiet and professional work environment suitable for client calls. --- Preferred Qualifications * Experience working with multiple SaaS products or startups. * Familiarity with healthcare, compliance, fintech, marketing, or operations software. * Experience using tools such as: * HubSpot * Salesforce * Monday.com * Google Workspace * Microsoft Office * Zoom * LinkedIn Sales Navigator Application Requirements To be considered, applicants **must include the following information in their proposal:** 1.
