Sales Representative (Part-Time / Full-Time)

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to help grow our partnerships and outreach efforts. The Sales Representative will support lead generation, outreach, relationship building, and partnership development with schools, organizations, and community stakeholders. A key part of this role is helping move opportunities through the pipeline and successfully closing deals. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls, text outreach, and email outreach to prospective partners Conduct outreach to schools, organizations, and potential partners Build and maintain strong professional relationships Schedule calls with prospective partners Manage and track leads through HubSpot CRM Follow up consistently with leads and opportunities Collaborate with leadership on outreach strategies and growth initiatives Represent the organization professionally in communications Help identify new partnership and expansion opportunities Work toward achieving outreach, conversion, and partnership goals Support efforts to successfully close deals and partnerships Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot CRM Comfortable speaking with professionals and building relationships Strong sales, follow-up, and closing skills Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Interest in sales, business development, education, or nonprofit work MUST have experience in sales, customer service, and outreach
