We're hiring a phone-based Sales Representative to work inbound and warm leads, run our sales script, handle objections, and close bookings — including collecting payment to confirm the appointment. **Read this whole post before applying — we're going to be direct about why.** Why we're being blunt about this We've hired people who interviewed beautifully — sharp, confident, great English — and then fell apart the moment we asked them to actually run the script out loud, handle a live objection, or show up on time every day. Talking about sales and doing sales are two different skills, and we only care about the second one. We're not looking for someone we coach for two weeks before they're useful. We're looking for someone who, within a few days, already gets the product and knows how to sell — takes our script and runs with it. That's the bar. If you need heavy hand-holding to get there, this isn't the right role for you, and that's fine — it just means we're not a match. What You'll Do - Work inbound calls and warm leads from homeowners interested in cleaning services - Qualify the home, needs, and timing, then recommend the right service from our lineup (recurring plans, deep cleans, move-in/move-out, post-construction, commercial) - Run our sales script and adapt it in real, natural conversation — not read it woodenly - Handle objections (price, "I need to talk to my spouse," "just shopping around," trust, card on file) - Ask for the booking and collect payment details to confirm — non-negotiable, no hesitation - Enter bookings accurately in our CRM with clean notes - Between calls: follow up on open quotes, rebook lapsed customers, request reviews Training Path & Pay (Milestone-Based) This is a paid training track, not a guaranteed job offer. People who show up strong in the interview but fall apart in roleplay do not make it past Milestone 3 — we've seen it happen and we're not doing it again. Schedule Monday–Friday, US Eastern Time. Full attention during your shift — no multitasking other jobs, no disappearing mid-shift. Reliable attendance is graded starting Day 1. Who Does Well Here Our best closer came from telemarketing and insurance sales — higher-ticket, higher-complexity products where you have to think on your feet, not just read lines. We're looking for more people like that. - Previous phone sales, telemarketing, insurance, or other high-ticket/complex sales experience strongly preferred - Excellent spoken English — warm, clear, natural - Comfortable asking for the sale AND the card, every time, without flinching - Can take a script and make it sound like a real conversation, not a recording - Reliable attendance and fast responsiveness — this is the #1 thing that's sunk candidates before - Quiet workspace, quality headset, stable internet plus a backup plan - Genuinely coachable — you'll get direct, daily feedback on your calls and roleplay Our Hiring Process (Roleplay-Heavy — Expect a Lot of It) We are doing **way more roleplay** than we used to, because that's where we actually see who can sell and who can't. 1.
