We are a fast-growing FinTech payment processing infrastructure company specializing in cutting operational overhead for small-to-medium businesses by providing true wholesale pricing. We are pivoting our acquisition strategy away from slow corporate enterprise sales and launching an aggressive, fast-paced sprint targeting local, owner-operated businesses. Your primary targets will be restaurants, automotive mechanic shops, local retail (boutique shops, candy stores), and specialty retail (jewelry stores). Because these businesses are hyper-sensitive to flat-rate processing fees (like Square, Clover, and Shopify) and don't have complex corporate gatekeepers, the sales cycle is incredibly fast. You will be speaking directly to the business owner on the first contact, offering a clear, mathematical win for their bottom line. Compensation Structure: We are running this project in strategic, capped milestones based on performance: Base Pay: $10.00 / hour Performance Bounty: $50.00 to $75.00 flat commission for every single account you successfully close and onboard. Growth Potential: This is a lean startup environment. We operate in execution sprints. If you hit your targets on the first block of hours and secure our initial target of 2–3 merchants, we immediately unlock the next block of hours and scale your pipeline. High performers will be positioned for long-term, full-time leadership roles as our merchant volume scales. What You Will Do Conduct direct cold outreach (calling/visiting) to local small business owners across the United States. Bypass traditional gatekeepers to pitch directly to decision-makers (restaurant owners, shop managers, mechanics). Present a straightforward financial optimization pitch: showing owners how moving to our wholesale interchange model immediately slashes their merchant account overhead. Manage your pipeline efficiently to close deals within a 24-to-48-hour window. Requirements True Hunter Mentality: You must be comfortable with cold outreach and driven by commission upside.
