Freelance Sales Representative (Commission-Based) Armada Growth is a growing digital marketing agency helping businesses generate more leads, customers, and revenue through SEO, web design and development, social media management, and video content. We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Freelance Sales Representative to help grow our client base across the UK. This is a remote, commission-based contractor role with significant growth potential for the right person. What You'll Be Doing * Identifying and researching potential clients * Building and managing your own prospect pipeline * Conducting cold calls and cold email outreach * Speaking directly with business owners and decision makers * Presenting Armada Growth's services and solutions * Following up with prospects and handling objections * Closing new business opportunities * Representing Armada Growth professionally at all times What We're Looking For * Excellent communication and people skills * Confidence speaking with business owners and decision makers * Strong self-discipline and work ethic * Ability to work independently without constant supervision * Previous sales experience preferred * Experience selling digital marketing services is an advantage * Comfortable with prospecting, outreach, and relationship building Compensation This is initially a commission-only contractor position. You will receive 10% commission on all business you successfully close for Armada Growth. Commission is paid once the client has paid Armada Growth. As the agency grows and consistent revenue is established, high-performing representatives will have the opportunity to progress to a retainer plus commission arrangement.
