Consultative AI Sales Representative — Part-time, We are a growing AI services company helping businesses adopt practical AI: conversational chatbots and customer-support assistants, workflow automations (n8n, Make, Zapier), custom AI agents and integrations, and AI consulting and strategy. We sell into two markets: Spain (Spanish) and the United Kingdom (English). You'll be assigned the market that matches your strongest sales language. We are hiring a part-time Sales Representative to handle inbound and outbound consultative sales conversations with qualified leads. What you'll do: - Run discovery calls with warm leads to understand business pain points and qualify fit. - Educate prospects on how our AI solutions solve their specific operational problems (you'll be trained on the product set). - Build and present tailored proposals, follow up consistently, and close deals. - Keep the CRM updated with notes, stages, and next steps after every interaction. - Collaborate with the technical team to scope custom solutions for higher-ticket opportunities. Who we're looking for: - Business-level fluency in Spanish OR English for client-facing sales calls. Sales is delivered in the language you sell strongest in; we'll match you to the right market. - Professional English for internal team communication (written is enough). - Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience (SaaS, agency services, IT, consulting, or similar). - Genuine interest in consultative selling — listening first, prescribing second. - Comfortable explaining technical concepts in plain language; you don't need to code, but you should be curious about how AI tools work. - Self-managed, reliable, and comfortable working asynchronously. - Bonus: experience selling AI, automation, or digital transformation services in Spain or the UK. - Strong plus (not required): proven track record selling into a specific vertical — for example clinics, professional services firms, agencies, ecommerce, SaaS, hospitality — and/or an existing professional network in that vertical. If you've sold in one industry consistently and can open doors there, mention it in your proposal. What we offer: - Hourly base of $15–$25 USD depending on experience, paid weekly through Upwork. This hourly rate is your guaranteed compensation for the work itself (calls, proposals, CRM, follow-up). - Additional performance bonuses on top of your hourly rate when high-value deals close, paid through Upwork's official bonus feature. Bonuses are extra compensation — never a replacement for hourly pay. - Up to 10 hours per week to start, with room to grow as the pipeline expands. - A clear product set, real warm leads (not pure cold outreach from scratch), and onboarding/training on the offer. - 100% remote — work asynchronously from anywhere. All deliverables are digital (calls, proposals, CRM updates). - Initial engagement is one month trial period. If performance is strong (deals closed, pipeline managed cleanly, good communication), we extend the contract long-term. This is a real "contract-to-hire" path, not a one-off project.
