Summary

Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to identify potential clients, build relationships, and generate new business opportunities. This is a remote, commission-based position with flexible hours and unlimited earning potential. Responsibilities Research and identify companies that may benefit from our services. Find key decision-makers and gather contact information. Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels. Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients. Follow up consistently with leads and nurture prospects through the sales process. Schedule meetings and introduce qualified opportunities. Maintain organized records of outreach activities and client communications. Work independently to generate and manage a pipeline of prospects. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong relationship-building and follow-up abilities. Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. Previous experience in sales, lead generation, recruiting, customer service, or business development is a plus. Comfortable using email, CRM systems, LinkedIn, and other outreach tools. Compensation This is a commission-only position designed for motivated individuals who want to be rewarded for results. 12% commission on the client's first paid invoice. 6% commission on the following three paid invoices.
