Commission-Based Sales Representative — Marketing Agency Compensation: 20% Commission on Every Sale | Remote | Performance-Based** We are a growing marketing company specializing in **organic short-form content, Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and social media content creation for businesses**. We are looking for a confident, competitive, and highly motivated **Sales Representative / Cold Caller** who can help us acquire businesses on fixed monthly content retainers. This is a **100% commission-based position**. There is no hourly rate or base salary. You will earn **20% commission on every client you successfully close**. Example:** Close a business on a **$2,500 monthly retainer → earn $500 commission on that sale.** What You'll Be Selling Our company helps businesses build their brand, increase their online presence, and generate more attention through consistent, professionally produced organic social media content. You'll primarily be selling **monthly content retainers** that can include: * Professional short-form video production * Instagram Reels * TikTok and social media content * Content strategy and ideas * Video editing * Consistent monthly content production * Brand-building and organic social media growth You should be able to **learn our services thoroughly** and confidently explain why a business should invest in consistent organic content instead of simply reading from a script. Your Responsibilities: * Research and identify qualified local and national businesses that could benefit from our services * Build targeted prospect lists * Cold call business owners and decision-makers * Introduce our company and clearly communicate our value proposition * Qualify potential clients and understand their marketing needs * Handle common objections professionally * Follow up consistently with interested prospects * Book qualified sales meetings and/or close clients depending on the situation * Maintain organized records of prospects, conversations, and follow-ups * Learn our company, services, pricing, portfolio, target clients, and sales process * Represent our brand professionally on every call ## Who We're Looking For We are **not looking for someone who simply wants to dial numbers and read a script.** We want someone who understands sales, can hold a real conversation with a business owner, and knows how to move a prospect toward a decision. The ideal candidate: * Has previous **cold-calling, appointment-setting, or sales experience** * Speaks **fluent, professional English** * Has a **natural American accent or can communicate convincingly and clearly in an American business setting** * Is comfortable speaking directly with business owners * Understands how to build rapport quickly * Can overcome objections without sounding aggressive or scripted * Is confident discussing retainers worth thousands of dollars per month * Is self-motivated and comfortable with commission-based compensation * Understands basic social media marketing and organic content * Is willing to study our company and become extremely knowledgeable about what we provide * Can prospect independently instead of relying entirely on leads being handed to them * Is organized with follow-ups and understands that most sales require persistence ## Compensation This position is **COMMISSION ONLY.** You will receive **20% commission on every successful sale you generate.** For example: **$1,500 sale → $300 commission** **$2,000 sale → $400 commission** **$2,500 sale → $500 commission** **$5,000 in sales → $1,000 commission** **$10,000 in sales → $2,000 commission** There is significant earning potential for someone who can consistently prospect, communicate effectively, and close businesses.
