Sales Specialist for Personal Injury Attorney Intake Call Center

We are Case-Catch, a specialized intake service that partners with personal injury law firms to turn accident leads into fully signed retainers. We're looking for a driven, empathetic, and sales-savvy professional to join our team and handle outbound calls to potential clients. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that accident victims feel cared for from the first call and that our partnering law firms receive thoroughly vetted, signed clients. What You'll Do: Engage Accident Leads: You'll be reaching out to individuals who have recently been in accidents, guiding them through a compassionate intake process. You'll ask the right questions to determine their needs—like whether they need help with transportation, if they're missing work, or if they need immediate medical attention—and ensure they feel supported. Ensure Documentation: You'll use our GoHighLevel and Twilio-integrated systems to fill out intake forms, ensure all client details are recorded, and hand off fully packaged retainers to our law firm clients. What We're Looking For: Someone with strong communication skills in English who can handle conversations with empathy and patience. A background in sales, customer service, or intake for legal services is a plus. Comfort with using CRM tools like GoHighLevel (GHL) and a willingness to learn our tech stack.
