US Sales Tax Specialist for E-commerce Cosmetics Brand (Multi-State)

We are looking for an experienced US Sales Tax specialist to handle state tax filings for our e-commerce cosmetics brand operating in the United States. Your responsibilities: • Review our current sales activity and nexus by state from Shopify. • Prepare and file Sales Tax returns for relevant US states Requirements: • Proven experience with US Sales Tax (multi-state) • Experience with e-commerce / Shopify businesses • Familiar with tools like TaxJar, Avalara, or similar • Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsive Nice to have: • Experience working with non-US founders Please include in your proposal: • Your experience with US Sales Tax • States you have handled before • Tools you usually work with This will be a ongoing collaboration.
