Remote Sales / Telesales Representative – UK Timber Company About Us: We are a family-led UK timber manufacturer specialising in high-quality sheds, summer houses, and bespoke garden buildings. With a reputation for craftsmanship and excellent service, we’re now looking to strengthen our customer-facing team with a dedicated Remote Customer Care & Sales Representative. The Role: We are looking for a proactive, organised, and sales-focused individual to manage incoming enquiries, guide customers through the buying journey, and actively support sales growth through confident communication and product presentation. This role includes engaging directly with customers via phone and video calls to showcase products in more detail and help them make informed purchasing decisions. Responsibilities: Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and live chat Conduct phone and video calls to present products and guide customers through options Prepare and send quotations and follow up to convert enquiries into orders Support customers throughout the sales process from initial enquiry to purchase Work closely with the UK team to coordinate orders, deliveries, and updates Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products Requirements: Proven experience in sales (ideally eCommerce, retail, manufacturing, or similar) Strong written and spoken English with excellent communication skills Confident in conducting sales conversations and presenting products via video calls Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection Knowledge of timber products, sheds, or construction materials is a plus, but not essential What We Offer: Long-term ongoing role with potential for growth Training on products, systems, and sales process Flexible working hours with UK time zone overlap required Performance-related bonuses on top of salary How to Apply: Please apply with: A short cover letter outlining your relevant experience Details of your availability Your salary expectations
