Sales Website Design & Development with GoHighLevel Integrations

This job is for the for the design, development, integration, testing, and deployment of a modern sales website for the employee training portion of the sales offerings of our company, Group Home Biz (GHB). Please reach out to us for the full RFP. Key details are copied below. The website will include a landing page with sales information, a demo of one of the offered trainings, and a purchase interface which connects with GoHighLevel via GoHighLevel’s inbuilt automations & funnels, the GoHighLevel API, and/or Zapier automations. Additionally, the website will host a blog page to drive traffic to the website and provide customers with a dashboard for generating reports & managing employee access. The scope of work for this project includes: • Web design including UI/UX design o Either modifying a sample website to improve it and include the new sections & features or designing an entirely new one. • Sourcing icon images and, if needed, stock images o Licensing any elements not in the public domain to GHB for commercial use. • Front-end and back-end coding according to the technical requirements • QA testing and deployment GHB prefers solutions which use GoHighLevel’s native website creation, hosting, and automation features with Zapier as needed. GHB is also open to bespoke websites using GoHighLevel’s API and/or Zapier if needed for functionality. The final website, regardless of platform or tooling, will have the following technical requirements: • GoHighLevel platform, GoHighLevel API, and/or Zapier automation integrations • Blog platform integration o Flexible on which platform (WordPress, etc.) o Any extensions used must be secure, well-established, and well-maintained o Paid extensions may be approved on a case-by-case basis • User account creation or alternative o If an alternative is used, it must allow the customer to instantly add/remove their users (and not other companies’ users), see a list of their users, and generate reports on their users. • Contact forms which send sanitized data to specified emails or other communication management system for technical support • Responsive web design for all sizes of mobile, tablet, and desktop displays • Website performance optimization • Basic-to-mid-level SEO optimizations o External and research-heavy SEO such as creating backlinks and performing keyword research is welcome but not expected o Internal best practices such as ensuring the metadata and code structure are friendly to indexing is expected • ADA accessibility and security best practices, including captcha for forms • Support for modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Opera, etc. The preliminary sitemap is: • Sales/Landing Page, with the following elements: o Sales sections overviewing course offerings, who it’s for, and why to buy it o Course demo o Pricing information o Blog article preview tie-in o Contact us section o Buttons throughout directing to other parts of the site and funneling to the purchase page (or directly bringing up a purchase interface using modals or other methods) • Purchase Page (if not built into the sales/landing page) • Blog Page • Customer Dashboard (with login interface) • Privacy Policy Page GHB is open to adjustments to this sitemap based on contractor recommendations especially regarding UX design principles, SEO considerations, and improved sales funneling.
