Sales / CLOSER/SETTER – Haircutting Academy We are looking for a professional, motivated, and results-driven sales professional to join our team and help grow our education business. Our haircutting academy attracts interested students through marketing campaigns, social media, events, and referrals. We need someone who can confidently connect with leads, build relationships, and guide prospective students through the enrollment process. Responsibilities Respond to incoming inquiries and scheduled calls from prospective students Follow up with previous leads and past inquiries Build rapport and understand each student's goals Present our education programs and communicate their value Guide prospects through the enrollment process and close sales Maintain accurate records of all communications and follow-ups Work closely with our marketing team to improve lead conversion Follow established sales systems and contribute ideas for improvement Qualifications Proven experience in sales, enrollment, admissions, or client acquisition Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable speaking with people on the phone and through email/text Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Ability to follow a structured sales process while adapting to individual client needs Passion for education, personal development, beauty, barbering, or the hair industry is a strong asset What We're Looking For Competitive compensation structure Performance-based incentives available Flexible working arrangement for the right candidate If you're passionate about sales, education, and helping people take the next step in their careers, we'd love to hear from you.
