Summary

We're a small, fast-moving behavioural intelligence platform looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to keep our commercial engine running smoothly. We are growing and require a highly organised sales coordinator to help us work as effectively as we can! This is a hands-on role focused on CRM hygiene, lead and referrer management, pipeline tracking, pre-meeting coordination and reporting - the operational work that directly enables deals to move forward. You'll work across HubSpot, ClickUp, SharePoint, Otter, and Slack, and collaborate with our AI automation team to systematise parts of the process over time. HubSpot experience is essential. The ideal person is highly organised, detail-oriented, can handle multiple small moving parts and finds genuine satisfaction in bringing order to complexity. You don't need a background in consulting - you do need to be a self-starter who takes pride in preparation, order, organisation and accuracy. 3–5 days per week. Melbourne-based or AEST remote.
