This role is essential in driving our client engagement and ensuring a seamless experience from the first contact to the appointment. Key Responsibilities: Contact potential clients and inform them about our promotion (warm leads only) Send appointment reminders to clients. Answer questions about the business, treatments, and services. Build rapport and trust with potential clients to encourage them to visit our spa. Maintain a warm, friendly tone that sounds like you're speaking with a smile. Be willing to have virtual meetings with clients if requested. Qualifications: Sales experience is a MUST Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
