Pay: $500.00 - $2,500.00 per week Job description: Who This Role Is For This is a closer role. Part Time. Not customer service. AltoCredit is looking for high-performance sales professionals who want uncapped income and are confident generating business through referrals, partnerships, and direct outreach. If you’re self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable eating what you kill, this is an opportunity to build serious income. What You’ll Do -Generate your own pipeline through referrals, networking, and prospecting -Work company provided leads and convert them into enrollments -Source and close self generated leads and referral partners -Build and maintain referral partnerships (meet with partners 3-5x daily) -Create new referral relationships with businesses and community partners -Call and develop new prospective partners and clients -Own the full sales cycle: prospect → present → close → enroll -Track activity and consistently hit performance targets -Manager your own time effectively What We’re Looking For Proven closer mentality or strong natural sales aptitude In-home / virtual sales experience preferred (or similar high-trust sales environment) Relentless work ethic and self-discipline Excellent rapport-building and active listening skills Professional, confident, and persuasive presence Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Available when prospects are available Coachable and willing to learn quickly Strong Moral Ethics and Trustworthiness Compensation 100% commission with uncapped earnings High payout per enrollment paid weekly and monthly Company leads provided plus unlimited earning from self-generated business Top performers have generated over 10K monthly Why AltoCredit Strong demand and consistent opportunity Sales-focused environment built for producers Independence + ownership of your pipeline Clear path for top performers to grow and lead If you like to help people and build relationships, this is for you.
