Summary

Looking for an individual that has experience with integrating Salesforce with other CRMs using Open API. We currently utilize Mulesoft as a middleware program, I am looking at a program to replace our secondary CRM and want to determine if the CRM can be connected to Salesforce directly via API, or if we need to utilize a middleware program (hoping to eliminate Mulesoft). I need someone to evaluate the API documentation from the CRM company and provide us with their assessment. It is possible this could expand into a second, larger project where we complete the build-out between the two programs.
