Salesforce Administrator & Experience Cloud Consultant (Sales Cloud | Experience Cloud | UI/UX | US Only) Project Overview We are a growing RevOps consulting firm seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator with deep Experience Cloud implementation experience to support a client Salesforce implementation. This is not a simple admin role. We are looking for someone who understands how to build a clean, scalable Salesforce environment while also creating an intuitive, modern self-service customer portal using Salesforce Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable configuring Salesforce, building automation, and making Experience Cloud sites look polished and professional. This project has the potential to turn into an ongoing relationship for future Salesforce implementations. Responsibilities Salesforce Administration Configure and administer Salesforce Sales Cloud Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and permission sets Build Flow automations Create reports and dashboards User management and security configuration Data imports, deduplication, and data quality Sandbox management and deployments Assist with release management and testing Experience Cloud Build and configure a customer self-service portal using Salesforce Experience Cloud Design a modern, professional user experience Customize pages using Experience Builder Configure navigation, branding, page layouts, and components Build responsive experiences that work well on desktop and mobile Configure authentication, user access, and sharing Recommend UX improvements and best practices Integration Support Experience working alongside integrations is preferred. Examples include: NetSuite Marketing automation platforms Email systems Document generation Other third-party applications Qualifications Required 5+ years Salesforce Administration experience Salesforce Administrator Certification Multiple Experience Cloud implementations Strong Flow experience Excellent understanding of Salesforce security model Experience with custom objects and automation Strong reporting/dashboard experience Experience working directly with business stakeholders Excellent English communication skills Strongly Preferred Experience Cloud Consultant Certification Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification Basic web development skills (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) UI/UX experience Lightning Web Components (nice to have) Salesforce CPQ exposure (nice to have) NetSuite integration experience RevOps or Sales Operations experience Ideal Candidate You're someone who doesn't simply build what you're told—you make recommendations.
