Salesforce Architect: FSC Project Restructure & Git/Development Workflow Setup

##About This Role I need someone who can audit my current Salesforce Financial Services Cloud setup, reorganize it for maintainability, and teach me (and my small team) how to use Git, branches, commits, and proper CLI workflows without creating technical debt. This isn't a build project—it's a restructure and systems teaching engagement. You'll be working with my existing FSC org, Data Cloud, Account Engagement, and developer tooling. The goal is move from ad-hoc changes to a repeatable, documented workflow that scales as our firm grows. ##What You'll Do Audit current FSC implementation, schema, and automation patterns Propose and implement proper folder structure, branch strategy, and commit hygiene Set up Salesforce CLI, VSCode config, and Git workflow for ongoing development Document current state and create a "playbook" for future development Pair with me and potentially other team members to teach concepts hands-on Review how we're using Claude, MCP, and markdown skill references in our workflow ##You Have 5+ years Salesforce development (FSC, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement preferred) Solid Git fundamentals: branches, rebase vs. merge, commit messages, pull requests Comfortable with Salesforce CLI and VSCode for development Experience with Agentforce or AI-assisted development workflows Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders No patience for cargo-cult development or over-engineering
