Compensation: $4000 - $4500 per month Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Salesforce Architect at the Staff level to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions that drive business success. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your deep expertise in cloud computing, software architecture, and system integration to craft innovative, scalable, and secure Salesforce environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with enterprise goals. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping our Salesforce ecosystem and advancing our digital transformation initiatives. Duties Lead the end-to-end architecture design for Salesforce platforms, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical specifications and system designs. Develop and enforce best practices for Salesforce development, deployment, and integration within a multi-cloud environment. Design and implement complex integrations using APIs such as RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and other web service standards to connect Salesforce with external systems. Provide technical leadership on cloud architecture strategies including SaaS (Software as a Service), PaaS (Platform as a Service), and IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) models. Oversee the development of custom components using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other front-end/back-end technologies like JavaScript, Angular, React, or Ember.js. Drive continuous improvement through automation tools such as Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines, Docker containers for deployment consistency, and version control systems like Git or SVN. Mentor junior team members on best practices in system design patterns, SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices. Requirements Extensive experience designing large-scale Salesforce solutions with a strong understanding of Service-oriented architecture (SOA) principles. Proven expertise in cloud computing platforms including AWS, Azure, or similar cloud architecture environments. Deep knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, or NoSQL databases like NoSQL or DynamoDB. Strong proficiency in programming languages including JavaScript, C#, Python, Java, Perl or Ruby on Rails for custom development tasks. Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, Ext JS or Bootstrap for creating engaging user interfaces. Familiarity with software architecture concepts including UML modeling, design patterns, microservices architecture and system design best practices. Experience working within an SDLC framework utilizing tools like Maven, Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or Docker Swarm. Knowledge of enterprise integration protocols such as WCF (Windows Communication Foundation), Weblogic/JBoss application servers, WebSphere or Tomcat servers. Strong understanding of identity & access management protocols including HTTPS security standards for web services and APIs. Excellent requirements gathering skills combined with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
