Salesforce Automation & Integration Developer

We're looking for an experienced Salesforce consultant/developer to help us improve and expand our existing Salesforce environment. Our system is already in use, and we need someone who can review the current setup, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement scalable solutions that will support our future growth, including customer portal functionality. The initial phase of the project will focus on understanding how our Salesforce instance is currently configured, identifying pain points, and recommending improvements. From there, you'll help implement enhancements to streamline our processes and improve the overall user experience. What we're looking for: Strong experience with Salesforce Administration and customization Hands-on experience building Salesforce Flows and automations Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using APIs and integration tools Familiarity with Salesforce Experience Cloud and/or Magentrix Solid understanding of CRM architecture, data relationships, and best practices Ability to evaluate an existing implementation and recommend practical improvements Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly Please include a few examples of Salesforce projects you've worked on, particularly those involving automation, integrations, workflow optimization, or Experience Cloud/portal implementations. We'd also like to hear about your approach to reviewing an existing Salesforce environment and identifying opportunities for improvement.
