Salesforce CPQ Architect | Revenue Cloud / Vlocity CPQ | Remote Contract We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ Architect to support an enterprise-scale CPQ implementation for a New Zealand-based project. The consultant will own the end-to-end CPQ solution design, define the technical direction, design the product and pricing model, guide integrations, and provide governance to the development team. Engagement Details Role: Salesforce CPQ Architect. Engagement: Remote contract. Work mode: Remote / offshore accepted. Working hours: NZ-overlapping hours, approximately 2:30 AM to 10:30 AM IST. Experience required: 10+ years. Rate: $9-10/hour. Commitment: Full-time contract involvement. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end Salesforce CPQ solution architecture and design decisions. Design product models, pricing structures, discounting logic, and promotion models. Define integration architecture between CPQ, Order Management, billing, and external or legacy systems. Establish technical standards, design patterns, and code-quality benchmarks. Provide technical governance and mentor the development team. Ensure the solution is scalable, maintainable, secure, and performance-optimized. Support estimation, solution assurance, architecture reviews, and design validation. Work closely with business teams, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver a strong CPQ solution. Required Experience 10+ years of overall Salesforce experience. Proven Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud architecture experience. Experience with Vlocity CPQ / Industries CPQ and EPC is highly preferred. Strong product modelling and pricing design experience. Experience designing discounting, promotion, bundle, and complex product-configuration models. Strong integration architecture experience using APIs, middleware, and canonical data models. Experience integrating CPQ with Order Management, billing, and external systems. Experience working on enterprise-scale, multi-team Salesforce implementations. Ability to guide developers and review technical design. Nice to Have OmniStudio experience. Salesforce Order Management experience. MuleSoft integration experience. Telecom or complex product-configuration domain experience. Salesforce Application Architect or Technical Architect certification.
