We're building production-grade data pipelines between Salesforce and HubSpot — and we need an engineer who's actually done this at scale. Not Zapier. Not drag-and-drop. Real integrations: event-driven, queue-backed, idempotent, and resilient. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT YOU'LL BUILD ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ → Bi-directional sync between Salesforce & HubSpot (contacts, deals, pipelines, custom objects) → Real-time flows via Platform Events, Streaming API & HubSpot Webhooks → Async pipelines using SQS, Kafka, or Pub/Sub for reliability at scale → Data transformation, deduplication, and conflict resolution logic ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ YOU SHOULD KNOW ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ → Salesforce REST, Bulk & Streaming APIs — not just SOQL → HubSpot CRM, Custom Objects & Webhook APIs → Retry strategies, idempotency keys, and failure handling → Node.js or Python for backend integration logic ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ HARD REQUIREMENT ⚡ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ You must have active Salesforce and HubSpot environments (sandbox is fine) ready to test, simulate, and debug — we move fast and can't wait on setup. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ NICE TO HAVE ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ → iPaaS experience (MuleSoft, Workato, n8n) beyond the basics → Bulk API and rate-limit optimization experience → Multi-tenant system design If you've built a sync engine that handled 100k+ records without data drift — we want to hear from you.
