HubSpot & Salesforce CRM Admin – Short-Term Project We're a B2B healthcare SaaS company looking for an experienced HubSpot + Salesforce admin to clean up our CRM setup, build marketing automation workflows, and create reporting dashboards. Defined scope, fast turnaround. What We Need Help With Salesforce Fix HubSpot → Salesforce lead sync issues Resolve email/contact update bugs in pipeline reporting Add fields and clean up Opportunity layout HubSpot Build lifecycle stage automation (Inquiry → Lead → MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Customer) Set up source attribution workflows and LinkedIn Ads integration Build 3-step lead nurture email sequences with branching logic Data hygiene: deduplication, suppression of free/competitor email domains Weekly executive dashboard (funnel conversion, pipeline by source, email CTR)
