Salesforce Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds while working closely with stakeholders, clients, and technical teams. Responsibilities: Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements. Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, including solution design, development oversight, integrations, and deployment. Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and clients to define and deliver optimal solutions. Architect and oversee enterprise integrations between Salesforce and external systems. Provide technical leadership for data migration, system modernization, and platform optimization initiatives. Review and guide development efforts involving Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. Implement and manage CI/CD processes using Copado. Support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, discovery workshops, estimations, and proposal development. Ensure Salesforce best practices, governance, security, and scalability standards are followed. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in Salesforce Architecture roles. Salesforce Architecture Certifications are mandatory. Strong hands-on experience with: Salesforce Experience Cloud Salesforce Health Cloud Salesforce Sales Cloud Salesforce Service Cloud Deep expertise in: Enterprise integrations Data migration strategies and execution Solution architecture and design Apex development Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce Copado CI/CD Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in pre-sales engagements and client-facing consulting roles. Proven experience leading enterprise Salesforce transformation projects. Experience working with distributed and remote teams.
