Salesforce Specialist Needed to Clean Up & Optimize Existing Org

Please NO AGENCIES We’re restructuring an existing Salesforce environment to support a new business model and need an experienced Salesforce specialist to help stabilize and optimize the system. The org already exists and is actively used, but over time structure and automation became inconsistent. This is not a greenfield build, we need someone comfortable working inside a live environment. Current scope includes: - Reviewing current data model (Leads, Accounts, - Opportunities, custom objects) - Cleaning unused fields, layouts, and legacy automation - Fixing field mappings across objects - Improving lead → opportunity flow - Auditing users, permissions, and integrations - Optimizing automation (Flows / validation logic) - Advising on scalable structure going forward What we care about: - Ability to explain why something should be built a certain way - Experience improving messy orgs, not only building new ones - Strong understanding of business processes, not just configuration - Clear communication and proactive thinking Nice to have: - RevOps or GTM experience - CPQ or quote‑to‑cash exposure - Experience working with growing companies Warning: no agencies!
