Salesforce Typeform Integration Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Integration Consultant to support and optimize our Salesforce ecosystem. This engagement will initially focus on advanced Typeform-to-Salesforce integrations and automation, followed by strategic support for an upcoming Salesforce-Magentrix integration initiative. The ideal candidate will have deep Salesforce administration and architecture experience, strong integration expertise, and a proven track record implementing scalable business processes across CRM, customer-facing portals, and data collection platforms. Scope of Work Phase 1: Typeform + Salesforce Optimization Evaluate and optimize existing Typeform and Salesforce integrations Configure and maintain Typeform-to-Salesforce data synchronization Design and implement custom field mappings Create and update Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, Cases, or Custom Objects from Typeform submissions Implement duplicate prevention and data quality controls Build scalable Salesforce Flows and process automation Create routing logic, assignment rules, and notifications Troubleshoot integration errors and data synchronization issues Develop reporting and dashboards related to Typeform-generated data Recommend improvements for scalability, governance, and user adoption Phase 2: Salesforce + Magentrix Integration Serve as subject matter expert during Magentrix implementation planning Assess integration architecture and business requirements Design and document Salesforce-Magentrix data flows Configure and test integrations between systems Support user acceptance testing and deployment activities Develop recommendations for security, permissions, and data governance Assist with long-term integration maintenance strategy Additional Responsibilities Document all integrations and business processes Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiencies Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions Provide knowledge transfer and training for internal teams Serve as a strategic advisor for future CRM enhancement initiatives Required Qualifications 5+ years of Salesforce consulting, administration, or solution architecture experience Salesforce Administrator Certification required Proven experience integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms Hands-on experience with: Salesforce Flow Process automation Custom Objects Validation Rules Permission Sets Reports and Dashboards API integrations Experience implementing Typeform-to-Salesforce integrations using: Native Typeform integration APIs Zapier Make (formerly Integromat) Other integration middleware solutions Strong understanding of CRM data architecture and governance Experience troubleshooting complex integration issues Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification Salesforce Business Analyst Certification Experience with Magentrix customer/partner portals Experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Partner Operations environments Experience working with survey, customer feedback, lead generation, and intake workflows Deliverables The selected consultant should be prepared to deliver: Current-state assessment Integration architecture recommendations Typeform-Salesforce optimization roadmap Configured automation and workflows Salesforce-Magentrix integration plan Documentation and runbooks Training sessions for administrators and business users Screening Questions Describe your experience with Typeform-to-Salesforce integrations. Have you configured custom object mappings from Typeform into Salesforce? What integration tools have you used (Zapier, Make, APIs, MuleSoft, etc.)? Describe your approach to duplicate management and data governance. Have you supported Salesforce portal implementations such as Magentrix, Experience Cloud, or similar solutions? What Salesforce certifications do you currently hold? Provide examples of automation you have built using Salesforce Flow. Can you share a project where you owned architecture, implementation, and stakeholder communication?
