Salesforce Pipeline Intelligence, Forecasting, Renewal Visibility, and Delivery Readiness Dashboard Program I am looking for a Salesforce reporting and dashboard solution that enables proactive management of the sales-to-services lifecycle. Key deliverables include: • A Services Engagement Dashboard to identify sales opportunities that should have Services involvement but do not. • A Delivery Readiness Dashboard to identify opportunities that are approaching close and may require resource planning. • A Services Revenue Forecast Dashboard to monitor forecasted services bookings by stage, forecast category, region, practice, and delivery model. • A Renewal & Expansion Dashboard to provide visibility into renewal, cross-sell, upgrade, and expansion opportunities that may require Services involvement. • An Operational Action Dashboard that provides a working queue of opportunities requiring follow-up, delivery lead assignment, resource requests, or services engagement. The desired outcome is a consolidated set of dashboards that help answer: • Where should Services engage? • What revenue is forecasted to close? • Which renewals require attention? • When should resource planning begin? • What actions need to be taken this week? --- Skills Required for the Work The ideal consultant should have experience with: • Salesforce Reports and Dashboards • Salesforce data modeling and reporting best practices • Services Operations and Professional Services organizations • Sales pipeline management and forecasting • Capacity planning and resource management reporting • Executive dashboard design and KPI visualization • Data analysis and business process improvement • Power BI experience (preferred but not required) • Ability to translate business questions into actionable dashboards and reporting Experience working with software, SaaS, consulting, or professional services organizations would be highly beneficial. --- Good Communication I value consultants who: • Ask clarifying business questions before building reports. • Focus on understanding the business outcome rather than simply building requested charts. • Communicate progress regularly and provide recommendations when they identify opportunities for improvement. • Explain dashboard design decisions and reporting logic clearly. • Challenge assumptions when appropriate and offer alternative solutions based on best practices. I prefer concise communication with clear action items, recommendations, and rationale. --- Details About How My Team Likes to Work Our team operates at the intersection of Sales, Services, Delivery, and Operations. We are focused on: • Early Services engagement in the sales cycle • Improving customer outcomes through the Client Engagement Framework (CEF) • Proactive resource planning and capacity management • Forecast accuracy and pipeline visibility • Cross-functional collaboration between Account Executives, Services, Delivery, and Practice Leaders We prefer solutions that are: • Data-driven • Action-oriented • Simple to maintain • Easy to interpret during forecast reviews • Focused on driving decisions rather than generating large volumes of data The dashboards should support both executive visibility and day-to-day operational management, with a strong emphasis on identifying risks, opportunities, and required actions as early as possible. Success Criteria A successful solution will allow a Services leader to open a dashboard and immediately understand: 1. Which opportunities require Services engagement. 2. Which opportunities are forecasted to close. 3. Which opportunities should begin resource planning. 4. Which renewals and expansions require attention. 5. What actions need to be taken this week to support successful delivery and revenue attainment.
