Summary

I have a complete architectural design, MEP, Structural. Title 24 ready. Received comments from the city that need to be responded. Currently civil, landscape are the one that stopping from re-submittal. Few minor MEP, structural and Title 24 also need to be changed. These last three I can communicate with my recent contractors and address them under your guidance. Please let me know by reviewing these city comments if you can prepare full set of documents and re-submit to the city of San Diego within next 10 days. I will provide an architectural design (already completed) as well upon your request. Please provide your best quote. Thank you for your interest!
