San Jose (CA) Remodel Planset for Permits of a Residential Building

I am looking for a Revit professional to assemble a permit-ready plan set for a residential alteration in San Jose, California. I have already modeled the existing/proposed floor plans and the site plan in Revit. I need you to take these source files, generate the remaining architectural/electrical sheets, draft the necessary construction details, and format the final package to meet the exact digital submittal standards of the City of San Jose. Scope of Work of the remodel: - Architectural: Full kitchen and existing bathroom remodel replacing finishes, tiles, and cabinets like-for-like. Add laundry hookup to kitchen. - Laundry Conversion: Convert existing laundry room into new Bathroom 2 enclosure. - Exterior Door Removal: Remove (1) existing exterior door and infill the framing/siding to match adjacent walls. (To be shown via dashed demo lines and notes on the proposed floor plan/elevations; no standalone demo sheet required). - Electrical Panel: Upgrade and relocate electrical service panel to a code-compliant 200A exterior location maintaining all required utility and radial clearances. - Exterior Siding & Fenestration: Retain existing wood siding as substrate. Remove existing windows down to rough framing. Install new energy-compliant nail-flange windows integrated into a two-layer water-resistive barrier (WRB) and code-compliant flashing system. Install integrated cavity ventilation component (bug screen/vent profile) at base and terminations. Fabricate back-ventilated rain screen system by installing vertical furring strips fastened through siding directly into studs per manufacturer-specified spacing and specific fastener schedule. Install new exterior siding veneer over furring strips in strict accordance with CRC requirements and manufacturer installation instructions. Deliverables & Requirements: - Plan Set Assembly: Integrate my existing site plan and floor plans into a structured permit set. Generate Exterior Elevations, Window/Door Schedules, and Electrical Layout Sheets. - Enlarged Layouts: Provide 1/4" scale enlarged "Existing vs. Proposed" partial plans/interior elevations for the kitchen and bathrooms to clearly show the fixture and appliance transitions. - Detailing: Generate specific 2D cross-sections for the back-ventilated rain screen wall assembly, cavity ventilation terminations, and window flashing/casing integration details based on the technical parameters above. - San Jose Compliance: The final deliverable must strictly follow the SJePlans digital submittal rules, including their strict sheet-naming conventions and single-page PDF extraction requirements. - Title 24: Let me know if you handle California Title 24 Energy calculations (CF1R) in-house. If not, I will hire a separate consultant and provide you with the PDFs to drop onto the final sheets. - Source Files: I require the updated, clean .rvt file handed over upon completion.
